In this Agreement the following terms shall have the following meanings:

"The Centre": means Wondrous Mind Education Centre Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in with Company registration Number 201923628C.

“Clients”: means individuals whose child or children are registered under Wondrous Mind Education Centre Pte Ltd for the tuition services.

"Content": means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this Website;

"Services": means the services available to clients’ child or children in the form of lessons or workshops in our premises or through our online lessons in the form of videos, audio, images.

“Products”: means the physical or soft copy of any materials including but not limited to worksheets, notes, items produced or sold by the Centre.

"Payment Information": means any details required for the purchase of Services from this Website. This includes, but is not limited to, credit / debit card numbers, bank account numbers and sort codes;

"Premises": Means Our place of business located at Bukit Timah Plaza #01-01Q S588996;

"System": means any online communications infrastructure that are made available through the Website either now or in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, web-based email, message boards, live chat facilities and email links; and

"Website": means wondrousmind.com.sg and any sub-domains of this site unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

“Contract”: means the Terms and Conditions listed from Clause 1 to Clause 16

1. Wondrous Mind Education Centre Pte Ltd is registered in Singapore under the Business Registration Number 201923628C.

1. The centre reserves the right to cancel the tuition session when necessary. In this case, a refund (full or pro rata) will be given for fees paid or a replacement class will be arranged.
2. The centre accepts no liability for any personal property or injury to a person sustained within our premises before, during or after lesson hours.
3. The fees may be changed at any time and at the absolute discretion of the Centre.
4. The Centre reserves the right to dismiss any student from our Services immediately if he/she misbehaves, causing severe disturbance to other students or our staff. A letter of warning may or may not be given depending on the severity of activity.

1. By registering your child in our lessons through our site, email or on the telephone, you warrant that:
1. You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;

1. After registering your child or children for our Services, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that your child is successfully registered with the centre with a confirmation of a slot in our classes.
2. Subjected to actual availability, class registered may be replaced with alternatives subjected to a verbal or written confirmation with you. For classes that cannot be replaced, we will contact you to give you the option to cancel. If payment has been made, you will be refunded of the amount paid.
3. You are obliged to make payment in full by the payment option you select when you check out your orders for our services or products.

1. Subject to the exceptions in Clause 7 of these Terms and Conditions, all Content included on the Website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of The Centre our affiliates or other relevant third parties. By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable Singapore and International intellectual property and other laws.
2. Subject to Clause 7 you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, store or in any other fashion re-use Products from the Centre or Website unless otherwise indicated on the Website or unless given written permission to do so by The Centre.

1. Unless otherwise expressly indicated, all Intellectual Property rights including, but not limited to, Copyright and Trademarks, in product images and descriptions belong to the manufacturers or distributors of such products as may be applicable.
2. Subject to Clause 6 you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use such material unless otherwise indicated on the Website or unless given express written permission to do so by the relevant manufacturer or supplier.

1. The price of our services will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
2. Prices on our site or brochure may, despite our best efforts, be reflected incorrectly. If a service or product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site we might at our discretion decide to honour the lower (incorrect) price or either contact you for instructions before processing the purchase, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
3. We are under no obligation to provide the Services or Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price even after we have provided you with an email confirmation.

1. Except for Clause 3 of this Terms and Conditions, the Centre has a strict NO REFUND policy.
2. Requests for refunds are usually not accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances behind such requests. These requests will then be subject to management approval on a case by case basis.

1. If we fail, at any time during the term of a Contract, to insist upon the strict performance of any of your obligations under the Contract or any of these Terms and Conditions, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under the Contract, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.
2. A waiver by us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.
3. No waiver by us of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing.

1. Either The Centre or the Client may terminate our Services. If The Centre terminate our Services, the Client will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, We reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.
2. If The Centre terminate our Services, any current or pending orders or payments will be cancelled and provision of Services will not commence.
3. If the Client would like to terminate our Services, a one month notice must be given in writing to our phone number: 89518938, through our email at: admin@wondrousmind.com.sg or through the withdrawal form on our website at www.wondrousmind.com.sg and the deposits paid will be used to cover and offset the Services provided for the month of the one-month notice.
4. Should the client terminate the Services without a one-month notice, no refunds of any form will be given.

1. If any of these Terms and Conditions or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

1. These Terms and Conditions and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.
2. We each acknowledge that, in entering into a Contract, neither of us has relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other and that nothing may be implied from anything said or written in negotiations between us prior to such Contract except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.
3. Neither of us shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other, whether orally or in writing, prior to the date of any Contract (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently) and the other party’s only remedy shall be for breach of contract as provided in these Terms and Conditions.

1. We have the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
2. You will be subject to the Policies and Terms and Conditions in force at the time that you order Products from us, unless any change to those Policies or these Terms and Conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those Policies or these Terms and Conditions before we provide you with the Dispatch Confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the Terms and Conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Products).

1. All personal information that We may collect (including, but not limited to, your name and address) will be collected, used and held in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and your rights under that Act.
2. We may use your personal information to:
   1. Provide Our Services to you;
   2. Process your payment for the Services; and
   3. Inform you of new products and services available from Us. You may request that We stop sending you this information at any time.
3. In certain circumstances (if, for example, you wish to purchase Services or Products on credit), and with your consent, We may pass your personal information on to credit reference agencies. These agencies are also bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 and should use and hold your personal information accordingly.
4. We will not pass on your personal information to any other third parties without first obtaining your express permission.

1. Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site will be governed by the Law of Singapore. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of The Republic of Singapore.
